Episode 34. Mainstream Education Theory Applied to Masonic Learning

Episode 34 is an exciting discussion between Host Bro Jack Aquilina and Bro Richard of the Admiral Collingwood Lodge UGLV about mainstream theories of education as applied in Universities and schools across Australia and how they may be adapted and applied to the delivery of masonic education in Lodges in a 21st Century Environment. Bro Richard, a practicing secondary school teacher, discusses the Gardener Theory of Multiple Intelligences and Bloom’s Taxonomy and how they could be used as a basis for masonic education programs. Bro Jack and Richard apply these theories to well known masonic teachings and outline a skeletal guide to how we could better structure masonic education programs across Victoria.

Bro Jack also updates us on the latest masonic news from Victoria and from the Blue Lounge Social Club.
